Use and Maintenance of Plastic Mold Boxes

1. Before the new mould box is used for the first time, it must be scrubbed with detergent or washing powder, and then washed with clean water. Only when it is empty and dry can it be used. Otherwise, the product is prone to bubble and form pores.

2. During the cement maintenance on the mould box, the maintenance frame must be installed and the frame plate must be flat. Prevent the bottom of the plastic mould box from collapsing and cannot be used.

3. It is forbidden to remove the mould box with hard objects after it is glued with cement. Soak in 5% dilute sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid (30% acid and 70% water) for 10 minutes, and then remove the residual cement with a soft brush. Otherwise, the gloss and service life of the mould box will be affected.

4. When demoulding, the demoulding device must be used. Hard falling and buckling are strictly prohibited, which will seriously affect the service life of the mould box and the finished product rate of colored bricks.

5. After using the mold box, be sure to choose a flat ground and place it neatly. It is forbidden to expose the mold box in summer. Otherwise, the mold box will deform and cannot be used.

6. If slight deformation of the mold box is found, the mold box can be soaked in boiling water for 2 minutes, shaped while hot, and shaped naturally after cooling.
